The following are the terms and conditions of entry to Are You In The List Awards 2024 . By completing the initial registration form and by entering your personal details, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

1. If you have registered with us and subsequently change your details, you should immediately notify us of any changes by emailing us at areyouinthelist@gopeoplematters.com
2. For our Awards, the data you share may be shared with our partners. The partners may contact you with communications and updates.
3. Your email address and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else to access Are you in the List 2024 Awards.
4. You will not do anything which would assist anyone who is not a registered user to gain access to any registration area of Are you in the List 2024 Awards.
5. If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these requirements, we may, at our discretion, cancel your access to the registration areas of Are you in the List 2024 Awards immediately and without giving you any advance notice.
