A corporate professional for over 3 decades, Maneesh has held a variety of roles in his career spanning across continents and functions. A Chartered Accountant by education, Maneesh has a diverse set of experience across Finance, Risk, Audit, Operations and Human Resources. Currently working as the Head of HR, International Hubs at Natwest Group, he is responsible for providing thought leadership and counsel for all people-related matters. As Managing Director HR, Maneesh plays a key role in leading the transformation, culture and capability uplift for the organisation. Maneesh has worked internationally and has held several global and regional roles in HR across operations, reward, business partnering, and talent management. Prior to joining Natwest Group, Maneesh worked with Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) for 10 years. His last role with SCB was to Head HR Operations and Reward for Africa covering 15 countries across East, West, and South Africa. Maneesh loves watching live sports, travelling, and playing Badminton.
