Her flair to understand business, strong data orientation, and her knack to question the conventional are what set her apart. An engineer armed with an MBA in HR, she is now responsible for creation and execution of People Strategy for Gasoline Systems, 2-Wheeler Business in India, and also in a newly-formed Bosch entity in Bangladesh. She would like to retain the element of 'empathy' in HR.
