Prabhakar is Vice President – Human Resources at the Agri-Business Division of ITC Limited and is a member of the Management Committee of that business. An alumnus of KREC Suratkal and XLRI, Jamshedpur, he has been associated with ITC for 19 years in different capacities across businesses including Information Technology and in their Corporate Office. He has also worked with TVS Motors for 4 years and Murugappa Group (EID Parry and CUMI) for 3 years. He has had experience in all facets of HR and ER in his 26 years of experience, apart from stints in IT and Business Planning. He was also associated with the CEO Forum on Human Rights under the aegis of Global Compact Network India. He was earlier associated with CII at Chennai and Kolkata, and is currently a member of CII HR Panel for Andhra Pradesh and Telengana.
