Rajesh is the Vice President, Human Resources at Accenture India and leads HR Strategy & execution space for the Operations business through various Operating Groups in India, covering 35000 employees. He leads talent management, engagement and retention for this large people business. Previously Rajesh has been the Head of Human Resources for organizations such as Expedia Asia Pacific in the APAC region, for United Colors of Benetton in India & South East Asia, and for Adobe Systems in India. He also worked for a long time in HR consulting with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young prior to joining Adobe. Rajesh also has led Human Resources for the globe at Royal Enfield.
