Indu was at Alcatel Lucent for 7 years before she joined EXL Services Ltd in 2011, where she is Head HR for F&A, Transport & Logistics Vertical . She holds a PG Diploma in HRM from YMCA Delhi, and has studied Industrial relations and Personnel Management from Delhi University. She is passionate about HR because it forces her to question herself before she questions others.
