Before Schneider, she was a Leadership Development and Talent Management consultant with consulting firms like Heidrick & Struggles (Leadership Consulting), Right Management, Grow Talent and Eicher Consultancy Services. She worked with a wide spectrum of clients from across industries in India, Sri Lanka, Middle East, Phillipines and South Africa.
She has facilitated both Indian and Global teams in areas such as coaching, people leadership, building high performance teams and competency based interventions.
Meenal has a double Masters in Economics and Human Resource Management. She is certified in Hogan Assessments, MBTI Step I & II, FIRO B and Caliper, and has been a practitioner of several individual and team assessment tools.
