He has donned multiple hats in his last 3.5 years with a telecom company – right from recruitment, sales HR, Performance & Rewards. Joined as a management trainee in 2014, today he is responsible as HR Business Partner for Commercial, where he helps deliver on a Digital Savvy, agile and future-fit organization in close partnering with the business objectives. ‘One solution fits all’ for Talent management and performance management is what he wants to change in HR.
